Service Range and Travel Fee

$1.50/mile

Currently serving clients throughout South Florida. For locations beyond a 30-minute drive, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will apply.

60 Minute Session

(2 hours total) $185

Includes set up, break down, an ergonomic postural assessment (so we're not wasting time on muscles that don't need as much attention), optional cupping, PEMF therapy, Theragun, red light therapy, and organic CBD salve. Hands-on time is 60 minutes, but please note that the appointment time refers to my arrival time, not when the hands-on portion starts

90 Minute Session

(2.5 hours total) $237

An extended session allows more time to work on specific problem areas. Includes set up, break down, an ergonomic postural assessment (so we're not wasting time on muscles that don't need as much attention), optional cupping, PEMF therapy, Theragun, red light therapy, and organic CBD salve. Hands-on time is 90 minutes, but please note that the appointment time refers to my arrival time, not when the hands-on portion starts

Corporate and Event Chair Massage

$125/hour (Minimum 2 hr)

On-site chair massage tailored for workplaces, events, and conferences. Perfect for relieving stress, improving focus, and promoting overall well-being.

Stair Fee

For when there is no working elevator to bring equipment up.

Booking Policies

Tough Love Wellness is a busy mobile practice, and we strive to accommodate all of our clients' needs. To ensure that we can continue offering high-quality care to everyone, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy (two days). This allows us to effectively manage our schedule and make time for those who need it. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Prepayment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that all appointments are secured in advance, allowing proper planning and accommodation for mobile services.
Travel & Accessibility Fees: For locations beyond a 30-minute drive, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will apply. If there is no elevator available and stairs are required to bring equipment up, a stair fee of $25 will be charged. It is the client’s responsibility to contact me for a quote before booking. These fees will be calculated and charged after booking, either before or after your session, where applicable. You will be informed of any additional charges prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Less than 48 hours results in a forfeited payment.
Health Precautions: If you’ve had a vaccination, please wait a minimum of three days before booking or reschedule your session for at least three days after your injection.
Shingles, poison ivy, or other skin conditions: reschedule if you have any contagious or irritated skin conditions to avoid risking further irritation or spreading the condition.
COVID/Illness Policy: If you're sick, contact me immediately for rescheduling options. If ANYONE in your household is sick (even if they've been in a different room), please reschedule out of respect for other immunocompromised clients.
Agreement: By booking with Tough Love Wellness, you agree to all policies, terms and conditions and acknowledge that your card will be charged for late cancellations.
